To reset your password either via the web portal or via the app simply go to the login page, click forgot password and enter your password.

Then enter the email address of the account whose password you wish to reset.

You should then receive an email like below with a link.

Please follow this link and enter your new desired password.

After doing this please attempt to log in via the app or the web portal.
