Adding a user:
You need to be on the grow plan and have a subscription for each user. You first may need to add another user to your subscription or upgrade to the growth plan. If so, go to your settings, then subscription settings, and tap on Manage subscription. Add as many as needed.
Go to the Users tab and click "Add User +"
Fill in all the fields (email, Full name, and password) and Hit Save
Your new user should be added and appear under your user's list

Updating a User's details on the Website:
Go to the Users tab and click on the engineer you wish to edit
After selecting the edit option make any changes to the user's email, name, and Roles then click save
Users can also be deactivated from this page
Updating a user's details on the app:
Log into the app as the user whose details you want to update
Go to settings, here you will be able to update the user signature, password , license numbers and full name
