How to duplicate records

You can create duplicates of records through the app and the web portal

Web portal

  1. Create or edit an existing record

  2. Click the duplicate button in the top right corner

  3. Confirm you want to duplicate the record

  4. You will be taken to the duplicate record

Apps

  1. Go to existing records

  2. Tap on the record you wish to duplicate (downloading it first it is not already downloaded)

  3. Select the duplicate

Any duplicates created will have matching data and will be assigned to the same customer /Job address by default. It is recommended that you rename either the duplicate or the original to avoid confusion. Read about how to do this here - need proper link
