In this post, we wanted to clarify a few details on the decision to close down FieldRocket.
It was by no means an easy choice to make, and we want to extend our sincerest gratitude to every company and individual who has used and supported FieldRocket.
FieldRocket’s final day of service will be Friday, 14th November 2025.
We understand that this change may be disruptive for your business, which is why we’re committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for you. If there is anything at all we can help with, please do let us know.
Why is FieldRocket closing down?
The decision to cease operating FieldRocket was made to allow us to focus our efforts solely on our main product, Gas Engineer Software. This software is a much more specialised job management system made for UK heating and plumbing businesses.
Rather than dividing our focus between two platforms, we’re able to create a best-in-class product and experience for the 6,500+ companies that have used and trusted Gas Engineer Software over the past 12 years.

When will FieldRocket close?
FieldRocket will be available until 14th November 2025.
After this date, you will not be able to access your FieldRocket account.
What will happen in the meantime?
You can continue using FieldRocket as normal until 14 November 2025, at which point any remaining subscription time will be refunded.
What will happen to my data?
We will be sending all active companies using FieldRocket an export of their customers, site addresses, certificates, and records the week starting on 17 November 2025.

What if I’m on an annual subscription?
After FieldRocket closes on 14 November 2025, you will be refunded any remaining time on your subscription.
So, for example, if you purchased a year plan from 14 July 2025 to 14 July 2026, you would receive a refund for the remainder 8 months.
If you cancel your subscription early, you will receive a refund from that date instead.

You will receive reminders of the closure, and we would recommend searching for an alternative solution.
